LuckPub Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and LuckPub ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered on luckpub.ws, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them without reservation.

These Terms apply to all activities conducted through LuckPub, including but not limited to sports betting, PSL betting, casino games (Teen Patti, Roulette), Aviator, Virtual Sports and any promotional offers available on the platform. Using LuckPub after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

2. Eligibility

To register and use LuckPub, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. LuckPub does not accept registrations from persons under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be a human individual. Corporate entities, bots, automated systems or anonymous proxies are not permitted to hold accounts on LuckPub.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online betting is specifically prohibited by enforceable law in a manner that would make your use of LuckPub unlawful.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer or immediate family member of LuckPub or any affiliate, subsidiary or partner of LuckPub.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on LuckPub. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, phone number, email address, device, payment method or household — are strictly prohibited. LuckPub uses automated systems and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts may be suspended and balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information when registering your LuckPub account. This includes your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number and a valid email address. If any of your information changes after registration, you must update it promptly through your account settings or by contacting support.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your LuckPub login credentials. LuckPub will never ask for your password. Do not share your password with anyone. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility unless you have notified LuckPub of a security breach promptly after discovering it.

3.4 Account Closure

You may close your LuckPub account at any time by contacting our support team. Any available balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to the standard withdrawal terms. LuckPub reserves the right to retain records in accordance with applicable data protection obligations.

4. Deposits

LuckPub accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods:

LuckPub does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name — LuckPub does not accept deposits on behalf of third parties.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your LuckPub balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being met:

• Your account must be fully verified — name, phone number and any requested identity documents must be confirmed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must have been satisfied before withdrawing the bonus component of your balance.
• The withdrawal must be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200.

5.2 Processing Times

LuckPub aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: 5 to 15 minutes
• NayaPay / SadaPay: 5 to 30 minutes
• Bank IBFT: 2 to 6 hours during banking hours
• Visa / Mastercard: 1 to 3 business days

5.3 Withdrawal Verification

LuckPub reserves the right to request additional verification documents for any withdrawal, particularly where: the withdrawal amount is significantly larger than average deposit amounts; account information cannot be matched across records; or fraud prevention protocols are triggered. Withdrawals may be held pending verification for up to 48 hours in such cases. Supporting documentation will be requested through official support channels only.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

LuckPub offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and other promotional incentives from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by LuckPub unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• The LuckPub welcome bonus of 100% on your first deposit is available to new registered players on their first qualifying deposit only.
• Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before the bonus amount can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms at the time of offer.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately in your balance. Real-money funds are used first when placing bets. Bonus funds are applied subsequently.
• Minimum odds requirements apply when using bonus funds to place bets. Bets placed at odds below the specified minimum will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• LuckPub reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw any bonus offer at its discretion. Where a bonus is cancelled, any wagering requirement attached to it is also cancelled, but any remaining bonus balance will be removed from your account.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time per account unless the promotion terms specifically state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash other than in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on LuckPub are subject to acceptance by the platform. LuckPub reserves the right to decline, void or limit any bet placed on any market at its discretion, including where: a bet is placed on a suspended market; odds were published in error; a technical fault has occurred; or applicable limits would be exceeded.

7.2 Bet Confirmation

A bet is only confirmed once you receive a bet reference number and the stake has been deducted from your LuckPub balance. Pending bets that have not been confirmed should not be assumed to have been accepted. LuckPub is not responsible for bets not placed due to technical issues, loss of internet connection, or session timeouts.

7.3 Void Bets

Bets may be voided in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled without a result being determined; the odds were published in error and clearly deviate from correct market prices; a live betting suspension was not applied quickly enough and a bet was placed after the relevant event had occurred. Voided bets return the stake to your balance.

7.4 Cricket and PSL Specific Rules

For PSL and cricket betting, LuckPub follows internationally recognised cricket betting rules with local adaptations. Match betting requires a minimum of 10 overs to be completed (in limited-overs formats) for bets to stand, unless otherwise stated. Reduced-over matches are settled based on revised targets where applicable.

7.5 Virtual Sports

Virtual Sports events on LuckPub are determined by a certified Random Number Generator. Results are completely random and not influenced by any external factor. Virtual Sports betting rules follow the same general framework as real sports betting unless specifically noted otherwise in the Virtual Sports lobby.

8. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

LuckPub is committed to providing a fair betting environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Opening or operating more than one account on LuckPub
• Using any software, script, bot or automated system to interact with LuckPub
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another player's account
• Colluding with other players or coordinating bets to exploit odds or bonuses
• Exploiting technical errors or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage — including continuing to bet after discovering an error rather than reporting it
• Using stolen payment credentials or payment accounts not registered in your name
• Providing false identity information at registration or during verification
• Any form of money laundering or using LuckPub for transactions unrelated to genuine betting activity

LuckPub actively monitors betting patterns and account activity. Suspicious patterns will trigger a review and may result in account suspension during investigation. LuckPub cooperates with relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

9. Responsible Gaming

LuckPub takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe that betting should be an enjoyable, controlled activity — not a source of financial stress or harm. LuckPub provides the following tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps from your account settings.
• Session Timers: Set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose over a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Suspend your account for a defined period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your account from LuckPub. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

10. Privacy and Data

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or other criminal conduct
• Failure to provide requested verification documentation within the specified timeframe
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider
• Detection of a duplicate account
• Any conduct deemed by LuckPub to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players

Where an account is suspended for investigation, LuckPub will conduct a review and communicate the outcome within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is permanently closed due to a Terms violation, outstanding balances may be subject to forfeiture depending on the nature of the violation. Balances accumulated through fraudulent activity will not be returned.

12. Limitation of Liability

LuckPub provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is operational and accurate at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of technical errors. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• LuckPub is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or errors in odds or results where LuckPub has taken reasonable steps to correct the error upon discovery.
• LuckPub is not liable for losses arising from your failure to follow these Terms, including losses from voided bets resulting from duplicate account use or bonus misuse.
• LuckPub is not liable for issues arising from your internet connection, device, or third-party payment provider.
• In all cases, LuckPub's maximum liability to you is limited to the amount of your current available balance at the time the issue arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits LuckPub's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Amendments to Terms

LuckPub reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

Continued use of LuckPub after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using LuckPub and may request account closure.
